Regulations on types of guns are not difficult to pass the constitutionality test, that is correct. Regulations and restrictions on actually owning guns are difficult to remain constitutional. Requiring a test, registration fee, or insurance for you gun would get struck down immediately.

Registration does not require a fee in theory the cost of the upkeep could be levied by a 3% increase on the tax on ammunition.

Then how did other weapons become banned from being owned like automatics?

Read the post. I said that regulations on types of guns are not difficult to pass constitutional tests.

We banned automatic weapons from being owned after they were made from a certain year. You said regulations on actually owning guns would get struck down immediately, but that isn't true.

Automatic is a type of weapon. And as I said, regulations on the type of guns you can own is easier to pass. What I mean is regulations and restrictions on simply getting a gun, like passing a test, requiring insurance, or paying a fee, would not be constitutional. Maybe I used the wrong word. What I should have said is restrictions on types of guns are constitutional. Restrictions on simply getting a gun are much more difficult to pass constitutional examination.

From what's been released, if they did any of it, no one would give a shit about it if the people making fake organizations were American, so there's no reason for anyone to give a shit even if they did it.

2nd Amendment should be roasted. It no longer applies to anything in real life and is just fucking dumb.

Abolishing the 2nd Amendment isn't banning guns, though. It simply makes ownership a privilege and not a right. Which is way more appropriate for modern society.

I do think ammunition sales should be tracked and limited. To buy claritin d, I have to swipe my ID and sign for it. I can't buy too much or too often.

I think getting guns back from owners is impossible. There are just too many but limiting ammo can help.

So you say abolish the 2nd amendment but then treat gun ownership similar to like driving a car? I truthfully don't think that is a bad idea.

It's not explicitly stated. There is a very valid debate to be had that it doesn't.

People who cape for the 2nd Amendment don't read the entire thing, they just see "right to bear arms" and cum in their pants.

It explicitly says right to bear arms. There can be a debate about what a "well regulated militia" means but in the writings of the founders at the time, they pretty much universally defined the militia as being the whole of the people. The initial intent of the founders was pretty obviously that citizens have the right to bear arms.

I mean honestly it's an American tradition and pretty much just our culture at this point. Theres no reason to think of it as something horrible or shocking because of how regularly this happens.

No one seems to care about the constitution anyways.

We have federal agencies that violate it as their standard operating procedure.

It also isn't as if the constitution is beyond reproach either. Weve already amended it, we can do it again. Its a piece of fucking paper written a couple hundred years ago. When you put more value into what some people said that long ago over the lives of your own citizens, youre an asshole.
