my wife recently signed up to give OT a try. I have a stationary bike, adjustable dumbbells, and a free weight bench. I feel confident working out on my own, but she wants someone to just tell her what to do, I think.

For those that find it hard to stay motivated to work out at home, itís perfect. Class environment with music and attractive people definitely gets you going. And thereís a board to measure your performance/compare.

That Peloton talk got me motivated to go to my first ever spin class over lunch and now I'm going to close my eyes and never wake up again.

I did spin once and it killed my knee. I think I had the seat set up wrong.

I just started spinning last week to keep myself in cycling shape through the winter.

Cycling and spinning are barely related and that was apparent. Cycling is about pedaling efficiency, spinning is about cranking up the gears grinding... It is fucking exhausting!

I just recently started lifting again, not that I've ever been a big gym guy, and it quickly becamse apparent how weak I am. Feelsbad.
