He basically spent 45 minutes pissing off the entire organization, from prospects, to non English speaking players, to veterans like Kyle Seager. Not to mention basically admitting to service time manipulation.

Just incredibly dumb. He's gone now, but has done what could be lasting damage to the organization.

Pujols went by something else in Chile but changed it when he got to Mexico to throw off any record checkers. They don't explicitly say this in the show but it's highly implied, especially with what Don Eladio says to him.
