I was online yesterday when Amazon put them on sale at 5pm.

Anyone find any PS4 console deals? The only good one I saw was for a 55" 4k TV and PS4 Pro for $1000 ($300 off), but I don't have a place for a second TV right now and also don't feel like throwing down $1000.

I'd seriously wait on the PS4 Pro. That price is just way too high, and the first year of it will likely have not enough content to justify the price.

I mean, the only reason I'm getting a PS4 is for the 2 games (Final Fantasy & Last Guardian) that are releasing in the next few weeks. And FFXV supposedly does have extra content specifically for the Pro.

And I might not get a console at all until the Switch.

I use my ps4 for Madden, NBA2k, and Mortal Kombat basically. But I really don't play often, if at all anymore, so I'm willing to wait it out.

The VR machine though...if that goes on sale, I'm listening.

I use my 360 for NCAA(Shoelace year) and that's all the console gaming I've done in 3 years or so

The only reason they might get me on a new console is a few games. Still have my Gen1 PS3 (hardware compatible for PS1 and PS2), and pretty much only play PC.

If FFXV was coming to PC (well, I think it eventually will, but I don't want to wait that long), I could probably stave off the yearn for the other titles I'm likely to pick up (mainly Last Guardian).

From what I have read outside of the big door buster sales they are comparable. Door busters go to black Friday.
