I really hope he can be a factor and I've been selling myself the lie that the Bucks can beat the Warriors but it just kinda dawned on me while Bropez was going off that it sucks for Milwaukee that one of their key starters might be almost unplayable in that series.

Best comparison I've heard is Mark Messier with the rangers. Won a ton of championships, but they were all with Gretzky on Gretzky's team and no one really gave him any credit. Came to NY won one cup and now he's forever a legend in and idolized in the city of NY.

KD could win ring #3 this year, but the Warriors will always be Steph's team. The belief because of the burner account scandal is that KD really cares about public perception. Come to NY, win 1, and forever be seen as a hero instead of a villain. Plus the whole ability to give out a 2nd max contract doesn't hurt.
