Had me wondering too. Lawrence aside 2020 seems much better at the QB position.

Lawrence/Fields/Fromm/whoever else pops up. I don't buy the Herbert hype.

He was a top high school prospect with a big arm who’s played well in 3 games so far. Another year under a former NFL QB coach in Day and I could see him getting 1st round hype like Haskins. What’s not to get?

I got spoiled with Haskins. But Haskins was so good at making quick reads and flinging the ball. Fields is a better athlete but he is nowhere near as developed as Haskins was at reading a D.

Agreed, but he also didnít get to sit and learn the system for 2 years like Haskins did. You know how much I love Haskins so you donít have to convince me there.

I understand that; he just needs to actually develop as a passer because he hasnít shown a ton yet in that sense. But heís been exceptionally responsible/careful with the ball.

Really the Dolphins could probably get any player in the league they wanted with the draft picks they have.
