14 team league. I took over a team after week 1 last year and traded everyone for a bunch of picks. Plus its IDP and people are dumb and draft them too early. Only like 2 other teams I'm even kind of nervous about tbh.

Congratulations on winning the money. That's better than my 8 team squad. Currently drafting in a 14 teamer and this is... less inspiring.

12 Team League: 1/2 pt PPR, 4 pt pass TD's

QB: Deshaun Watson, Kyler Murray
RB: Todd Gurley, Kerryon Johnson, David Montgomery, Miles Sanders, Tony Pollard, Damien Harris
WR: Julio Jones, Golden Tate, Curtis Samuel, Donte Moncrief, John Brown
TE: Jared Cook
K: Ka'imi Fairbairn (HOU)
DEF: Philadelphia

Result: Weak at receiver but happy at QB and RB, adequate at TE.

12 team non-ppr though 7 yds receiving=1 pt, 20 yards passing = 1 pt, 6 pt passing TD's

QB: Matt Ryan, Carson Wentz, Kyler Murray
RB: Todd Gurley, Melvin Gordon, Miles Sanders, Jerick McKinnon (IR spot)
WR: Davante Adams, Sammy Watkins, Donte Moncrief, Dante Pettis, John Brown
K: Ka'imi Fairbairn (HOU)
DEF: Philadelphia

Result: QB's get snatched up in this league because good ones are 40+ pts per game on average and 6 pt pass TD's means running isn't that much of an advantage. RB's are risky as hell, WR's are risky, don't normally pick tight end high but 4th round seemed reasonable for Ertz.

Whatcha think?

It just says End of Day so I'm going to assume midnight?

You're very dependent on Gurley and Gordon this year, which has potential to ruin your whole year. Went QB earlier than I am planning on, but if those star backs play, you should be alright.

I've done a thousand mocks with my league's keepers and it's driving me nuts. I'm keeping MT and CMC and picking 24th. Looks like my options will be Allen, Kittle, or whichever running back my drunk ass decides on in the moment. Are Allen or Kittle worth passing up on Damien Williams or Fournette?

Kittle is IMO. I am a firm believer in the TE supremacy rule. Having a top 3 TE is going to give you a 7 point lead off the bat against someone who doesn't. TE3 > RB15 or WR10

A buddy of mine is trying to argue that we shouldnt do ppr because the mid tier point increases arent radically different from the top end players. My argument is even adding an additional 5-7 guys into the startable player pool is worth the change. Any thoughts on this?

I think catches should be 0.25, but compromise on 0.5 because a whole point is ludicrous, but some credit should be given.

I'm picking 4th overall in my keeper league monday. I'm keeping James Connor for a 4th round pick, and the other big names being kept include Saquon, Kamara, CMC, Juju, Kittle, Baker, and Mahomes.

Am I crazy to take Nuke Hopkins > Devante Adams at 4? I'm also considering DJ and Le'Veon, but in a league with 3 Jets fans picking ahead of me I doubt Le'Veon is there. I'm just curious why everyone has Adams ranked as WR1 over Hopkins.

I like Hopkins or DJ there. I don't get Adams as the top WR either. Yes, he had a huge year last year, but Nuke has been more consistent. Also reports aren't great out of Green Bay about how things are going with Rodgers and the new coach/offense.

Yea I don’t get it. Hopkins is consistent and has proven to be QB proof. If Rodgers goes down or if the offense takes a while to click with the new HC then I definitely like Hopkins more. He and DJ are definitely my top 2 targets right now.
