Dak owns the NFC East and yet all the fans talk crap all offseason about a contract extension. Let them talk and weíll keep winning.

IDK what happened between now and earlier in the year but Im very happy Dak is checking out of shitty plays. We might be 6-2 if he was doing that all year long. Zeke looks like his old self. The D was mostly great tonight. Our STs suck. Too many penalties. LBs played great and its time for Lewis to start.

It didn’t sound like a loud stadium tonight so there may have been more ability to audible. The Giants are also incredibly bad so that may have led to more success on the audible calls tonight.

The jets suck and play in that same stadium. Regardless, he's reading the D and making the proper calls, props to him and/or the coaches for allowing him to do it. The first play he just didn't see the LB drop, it happens but still made the right call to go to the slant. Hopefully it continues.

Slow start, looked sloppy. Turned it around, made some nice plays on O and D and got the W.

Was louder against the Jets because the defense inexplicably gave up 21 pts in the first half.

Meh. We were down 12-3 with 3 mins left in the half last night too. If the crowd is too loud you switch to hand signals. Going to an audible in a hostile environmental is nothing new. I mean for most teams anyway.

Youíre not wrong, and he should do it more, but you know how this team is and how afraid the staff is at making mistakes on the road. Last night was a friendlier environment and perhaps after that debacle there was more encouragement to do it more frequently.

The offensive game plan was boring once again. This time we won but I get why pocket continues to be a cry baby.

Next year when Urban or Lincoln is the HC, things will be different finally.

But the thing that I'm most happy about is our containment of Barkley all night (outside of his one big play). This Michael Bennett guy brought something infectious. We didn't even have LVE. Sean Lee looked 5 years younger. Jaylon played like a first team All Pro. We have sucked badly against the run. If we can keep it up, we can be a legitimate threat for the SB.

Who's being a cry baby? I said Im very happy that Dak is now checking out of bad plays. I didn't find the play calling boring at all. Zeke averaged 6 YPC, Dak checked out of runs and the play action was very effective. Having a TD called back, a well designed screen play dropped, Cobb fumbling after getting a first down in Giants territory, and Dak having the snap bounce off his face for a loss hindered us or the score could have/should have been much better. Theres a lot to clean up but the Giants never stopped us, we shot ourselves in the foot.

Also, you're crazy if you dont think crazy Jerruh isn't bringing Garrett back.

Weíve only had one bad offensive game from a yardage standpoint. Compared to the first 8 games last year its night and day. They need to stop getting in their way and this offense will be tough to stop.

Bennett was great last night but the level of competition was low, letís see what he can do now they are in the meat of the schedule.

I was surprised we didnít get anything out of Quinn. DLaw played great. If all 3 of those guys are dominating at the same time itís going to be fun to watch.

Pat Elflein is an atrocious pass protector so Bennett could have a big time game Sunday. Cousins is Cousins, great at 1pm below average in prime time.

This should be a win at home, if we find a way to lose Iím ringing the alarm bells.

Iím not sure Id want to pay Byron top dollar. Weíre not likely to be able to afford Maliek, itíll be a Hitchens-type loss. Good player but not at whatever price heíll be commanding.

Makes me happy we might be seeing the last of Heath in a Cowboys uniform.

We voided Bennett's contract for next year so he can become a FA. IDK if he'd want to come back because of Jerrys stance on the Anthem. I know he agreed to stand to get out of NE and get back in a 4-3 but I wonder how much that bothers him. Plus he's what, 34 or older? I cant imagine we'd offer more than a year or 2 for him. It'll be interesting to see what happens with him. My guess is he'll move on though.
