What? You're not impressed by the 46.3 comp %? The 1 TD vs 4 INTs...?

Remember Mitch Leidner? There's an awful Big Ten quarterback that gets draft hype every year.

Johnson is worse than Leidner though.

Lol I was just about to go back and figure out which Gopher QB that was. McShay had him in the 1st round of a mock at one point, didn't he?

Yeah he did, to universal ridicule from Gopher fans and anyone that had ever seen him throw a pass.

Burrow's explosion his senior year is gonna cause a lot of random terrible QBs to surge somehow in early mocks. Hunter Johnson though, come on.

Everyone wants to be able to say they were the first to predict something, so there are always terrible calls like this and Leidner. Guessing Brandt has never seen him throw a pass, just noticed he was a highly ranked HS recruit that hasn't played much yet.

Johnson at best is likely going to get half the snaps, and in all likelihood won't start at all. That certainly is a take.

It is too easy to say Myles Brennan but that’s who I’m going with. He has looked pretty shitty in limited time and LSU lost Brady and almost their entire offense to the NFL, but he has a ton of talent. Jamarr Chase, Terrace Marshall, John Emery, and Arik Gilbert shouldn’t hurt him either.

I'd be surprised if that is all a team trading down from #1 got for the top QB prospect in a nearly a decade. I'd expect multiple future firsts as teams get into bidding wars.

Wyatt Davis hasn’t allowed a sack in 459 pass attempts.

Wyatt Davis will be a top 10 pick guard, that’s happening

Is there anything more inevitable that Jamarr Chase’s 2020 production not even coming close to last year, and his stock falls? He’s a great talent but he seems like the classic case of a guy who is a consensus top 5 prospect before the season and not so much by the end of it.

Equally as inevitable is Justyn Ross bounce back to god level status after a “down” 2019

I think his production goes down without Burrow, but he’s still got all the tools and measurables to be the #1 WR in this class

I like Chase and I still think he’ll be one of the rare receivers who may actually be worth a first round pick, but I’ll bet on Ross being the first receiver drafted. He has as much talent as anyone and is entering his third year of playing with the best quarterback in college football.

Justyn Ross will miss the season after undergoing spinal fusion surgery.
