Imagine having your choice of teams and picking a perennial loser. Couldn’t be us, right Kyle

Or be like me and pick a perennial loser right before they become a dynasty, it’s fun

wolves trying the strategy of losing games and not being good at defense anymore isn't really one I'm fond of

To be fair this is a garbage year from a points prospective. 36 points through 18 games would have been 4th last year, 6th the year before, 4th, T-5, T-2, 3rd, T-4. That's going back to Sir Alex.

This feels like '15/'16 when Leicester won in that every "top" club is dropping a ton of points.

Yeah, United have been mostly trash. Great job not losing games you shouldn’t, though.

No real domestic dominance for the main part, other than Atletico who were a clear second in their UCL group. Seems like the usual suspects are rising to the top, nonetheless. Wouldn’t be mad if England is good for some weird parity and Italy remains a cluster.

Is Fabio looking totally rushed/out of place as a lesser unfortunate result of Raul’s absence? He has much heartwarming Twitter encouragement but is he actually shit out there right now? I didn’t even know Cutrone was still on Wolves’ books

De Bruyne so good but he just can’t finish. Still has a better assist rate than his last record year despite the team scoring over a goal less per game

Reguilon has work to do as a defender but he has to be among the best on the team at playing balls into the box. I honestly would like to see him start taking corners and maybe some free kicks as well.

Having Jimenez out is definitely a big blow, but giving up 3 at home to West Brom is awful, especially with Boly back as well. It's just weird because Wolves have been one of the best defensive squads the last couple seasons and they've just totally lost that identity this year.

Rashford is an absolute bum. That was an easy goal of he just passes.

A draw is the best result there, keep that group jumbled at the top

Jovic burying immediately after starting back up in Germany: cool!

Newcastle look fuckin dire at the moment. I'd say relegation risk, but I feel that way every year and they always seem to scrape together more results than I expect. Burnley and Fulham are playing a lot better though so there could be some pressure on there.

The switch to the back 4 has been brutal. Losing Jonny hurt big time and Semedo fucking stinks.

We need something man, it's just been such a emotional blow since Raul went out

Ah yes forgot Jonny was out too. Think they went 3/5 at the back against West Brom, but Neto was LWB and will obviously focus more on getting forward than tracking back. I would have liked to think that the back 3 of Saiss/Coady/Boly would have been solid, but apparently not.

Semedo being a flop thus far hasn't helped. The Doherty transfer seems like a lose/lose for both sides thus far.
