Is Jay Cutler the greatest qb the Bears ever had? Think about that for a second. That's incredibly sad when you really think about it.

If he's not the best, he's definitely the second best. Which is still incredibly sad. He's not as bad as Bears fans believe, but he's also incredibly mediocre.

He is. Most talented, most productive, whatever metric you want to use.

Luckman is the best Bears QB.

Bears preparing for a "lengthy absence" by Cutler.

Prepare for the Brian Hoyer show.

Brian Hoyer inexplicably getting starts every year is my new favorite NFL thing.

Someone had to fill the Ryan Fitzpatrick "inexplicable starts" role.

Well, Adrian may be out for the year now. Fuck everything. I mean, our defense and Diggs are so good that we will still win the division without our starting QB and star RB, but still incredibly annoying.

He's a good backup who takes jobs behind suspect and injury prone starters. Pretty explainable.

Everything keeps coming up Packers...

Even in a year where they were an overrated, mediocre football team, every other team in the division either suffers a bunch of injuries, blows it against bad teams, or both.

Matt Asiata/Jerick McKinnon time share, I'm sure.

Well, I mean we are an incredibly deep football team (not withstanding, OL) so we can absorb a few blows, but injuries are reeeeeaaaallly starting to pile up. This year is a total emotional roller coaster and we've only played two games.

Well, they are. Adrian Peterson getting hurt doesn't make the Packers any better of a football team.

Yeah, none of this changes the makeup of the Packers, but it makes that division ripe for them to go 5-1 and win it. Throw in the weak AFC South as the out of conference opponents and they should find a way to get to 10 wins.

Matt Kalil got placed on the IR today as well. I understand he's one of the worst tackles in the league, but not sure if we can find anyone better...
