One of the Giants or Bears is going to be 3-1. I guarantee no one had that before the season.

I actually put money on the Bears winning the North. I’m prepared for the “omg Dan there are so many better ways to waste money” but meh.

Tyler Smith looks great, it's crazy that this coaching staff didn't think he was ready to Guard, much less Tackle.

Micah Parsons completely disrupted everything the Giants were trying to do yesterday. Didn't pop on the stat sheet but everyone else around him ate because the Giants were so keyed in on slowing him down.

I think Cooper Rush has made himself Chase Daniel money with this stretch of football he's playing. At 28 he's got a long career of backing up #1 QB's ahead of him.

Ehhh, I don't think so. They're still the least talented team in the divison. They're on pace to have the fewest passing attempts in a season since the merger and the OL can't pass block at all.

They are killing it in the run game in all aspects, they're 5th in the league in YPC and have like 20 more attempts than the other teams in the top 5. Just popping off big runs no matter who is carrying the ball.

The defense is solidish, but they're back to getting timely turnovers which has directly helped them get their two wins.

They going to be a team others don't really want to face down the stretch as long as those last two trends keep up, but it's hard to imagine them winning the division.

I was at the forefront of Smith being a reach and, while he still has some penalty issues, has looked very good despite being thrown in at a position he didn't play in TC/the preseason. Much better than Evan Neal who was getting turnstyled last night.

Parsons is easy DPotY front runner right now. People bristled at the LT comparisons last year, but holy shit, his strength and speed combo is so hard to stop. That comparison is getting less crazy.

And yeah, Rush should hang around for a while as a competent backup. He already has more wins than Daniel.

I have NO idea what to make of some of these games.

Phins/Bengals: Dolphins are good and have been awesome and Bengals have been stinky, but still obviously talented. And being at home on a short week is a big advantage

Browns/falcons: Falcons are bad but have impressed me tbh. Browns are also bad and only played teams that aren't real. I think Falcons can win this

Bills/Ravens: now this is 2 actually good teams and should be hecking fun

Titans/Colts: ????????????????????????????????????

Giants/Bears: 2 bad teams lol

Jags/Eagles: Big test for Jaguars, could also be v fun. Interesting to see how they do here

Jets/Steelers: two more bad teams! who knows what can happen?!?!?!

Broncos/Raiders: This game will end in a tie as the Raiders some how blow it in the end

Chiefs/Bucs: Could be good but both teams confuse me and I'm currently very mad at the Chiefs

Being at home will be an advantage for the Bengals, definitely, and Miami is also coming off of a super hot, super physical game with the Bills. Would not be shocked if they have a let down game.

At some point the Lions have to win some of these close games, no? Man Campbell gets these guys going and playing above their talent level but at some point you actually have to put some W's up. If he's inevitably fired i wonder if he'd succeed somewhere else.

He's an easy guy to root for but he fucked that game up royally. The decision to kick that FG was pretty damn indefensible.

They couldn't beat Philly because Philly is just way more talented but they dominated both the Vikings and Commanders. It was his decision making that fucked the Vikings game.

They're getting banged up too. Swift and Hutchinson might miss time, Walker is out for the year, and especially defensively, they don't have the depth to make up for it. Their LB group might be the worst in the league too. Sure, Rodriguez is a great find, but he's still a rookie 6th round pick. That he's the best of the bunch isn't great.

So they get gashed, struggle to cover, struggle to rush the passer, have allowed the most points... Hard to win every game as a shootout.

Also, it's official, torn ACL for Shepard.

Expect to see a lot more David Sills out there. They have to be in the market for a veteran trade, right? They were apparently interested in Cole Beasley before he went to Tampa.

Come get Andy Isabella, we may not have any healthy WR but they can still have him

I don't recall asking for Kyle's opinion. Do you see "ask Kyle to confirm" in there?

I'd probably be snippy too if my #2 overall pick edge was taken out of the game by tight ends for 4 quarters.
