They should do another Mystery Men. Not like a sequel or more hero stuff, but just the general feel of it. Mostly just Geoffrey Rush and Izzard as a weird villain duo.

Just got to across the spider-verse today, loved it so much. The animation is just fucking gorgeous.

As a 47 year old who read all the Spider Man comics as a teen, some of those old cameos/animations cut deep. lol

It kinda blew my mind how they took what was beautiful animation and somehow improved it. It was emotive, and expressive, and unique for a lot of characters.

That is high praise. I should probably be more nostalgic for Jurassic Park as I was 11 when it came out and saw it in the theaters. I will always put it with Jaws and Raiders, and it seems like a it is an iota off those.

I’m taking Jurassic Park because it was the apex of practical effects and the dawn and still gold standard of digital effects. It changed how movies were made for the next quarter century until we ended up with horseshit assembly line digital filmmaking.

Jurassic Park has been ubiquitous for my whole life and just rules as a movie. Raiders was similarly on tv about once a week and was my dad’s obsession. Jaws is the only one I had to seek out and watch where I can remember seeing it in entirety the first time. Our guy had the juice, that’s for sure. Can’t move myself off of JP, personally
