I know interceptions aren't the end all be all for corners but it's pretty wild that Byron Jones has played 109 regular season games, has made about $100 million, and has 4 career picks. Had 2 in 5 years with Dallas before becoming the highest paid corner in NFL history. Very weird career.

Yannick Ngakoue is an interesting player. He's never had less than 8 sacks in a season, has never played in fewer than 15 games so he's been healthy...yet he gets passed around like crazy. Four teams in the last three seasons.

What's his deal?

I worked for a weather company for almost 12 years, about 1.5 in customer service, and people bitch about you being wrong no matter where they are.

If you say it's going to be 95 and it gets to 97, they bitch.

Meanwhile, I live in a place where I don't know until I look/go outside if it's 85 and sunny or 61 and raining...sometimes that happens in the same day...

It's super weird to me not to have variable weather.

I've had to experience some of the worst hot weather in the world. Fun as a badge of honor.

SoCal is fun and all but 70 degrees and sunny gets a tad boring. Although every day being beach day is always a plus.

Now in the northeast, I do enjoy the variety.

I kinda prefer winter to summer. I can always put on layers of it's too cold, there's nowhere to go but naked when it's too hot. Fuck that shit, too warm weather sucks.

I prefer winter to summer for the same reason, but fall is where it's at. Most comfortable weather for me, football, best seasonal beer.

Coastal Mississippi heat is probably the worst there is. It's maximally humid, it is HOT at NIGHT and when it rains (which is a shitload) - it never cools down. And the beaches have no waves because of the barrier islands, which removes any benefit to being on a coast.
