It was fun, but needs a whole lot of ignoring the dumb plot and ending. The pitch meeting for this one is hilariously spot on.

I watch those instead of movies I know I probably won't like and they do a pretty great job of conveying how I would feel at the end of the movie

What do think was the best decade for Scorsese movies?

Gotta be the 90's for me. Goodfellas and Casino alone are just so good. Cape Fear is also a good one. 70's had Taxi Driver which is an all time classic and Mean Streets which kickstarted his career. 80's just for Raging Bull is strong but I also like all of The King of Comedy, The Color of Money, After Hours, and Last Temptation of Christ. 2000's has some bangers with Gangs of New York, Aviator, and The Departed. 2010's also good with stuff like Shutter Island, Wolf of Wall Street and Irishman. The guy was just so prolific, made so many great movies in so many decades. Its a great question and I would honestly not complain about any decade being chosen save for the 60s. I just love Goodfellas so much and grew up on 90's movies so it takes the cake for me.

Edgar and Wes are not necessarily appointment viewing for me lately, but this seems like a good day. I still havenít been to a non-drive in theater in well over a year, feels weird

70's and it is not even close in my eyes. I will always like his originals over his adaptations and remakes (revisioning if you will)

Mean Streets is his best movie, Taxi Driver is his second, and never forget the Last Waltz.

I will always be waiting for a proper Dune adaptation, so I am most excited about that. Skaarsgard as Harkonnen should be fun.

Wes movies are so damn formulaic, but he has mastered it to this point that they are all damn good. Just in no hurry to watch it.

Edgar Wright seems to write movies for viewers like me, so there is always something to enjoy even if the end result is up and down.

I really want to see all 4 of those. Dune is my most anticipated of the year and then French Dispatch for more Tim Chalamet, I've liked every Wes Anderson movie and he's made some all time classics so really looking forward to that. Last Night in Soho looks really cool and I love Horror that pushes the envelop. Jackass will just be too much fun so it's another easy watch for me. I just don't know how I'll find the time to see them all in theatre.

Probably my secret bigot side coming out, but talent aside Chalamet is a bit to androgynous for Paul Atreides and seems like weird casting.

80s > 90s > 10s > 70s > 00s.

Also as usual I'll see all 4 of those. I still am back to seeing mostly everything in theaters again.

I enjoyed Quiet Place 2 but it felt like an episode of a TV series. It kind of just ended and I don't really see the point of it but still, I had a good time watching.

Hated it. The tone was so fucking weird and it never seemed to decide what it was. Why do comedy lighting, comedy tones, and a comedy lead/comedy director? Just was waiting for a joke the entire time.

It was okay. Cillian Murphy is a great actor and a huge boost over Krasinski but everything else, eh whatever.
