We'll see what's available when the time comes. I've always gone to shelters, but I'm pretty set on what I'm looking for this time around. Lots of stuff going on this year, and want to have everything sorted out before I bring a dog home. So definitely 6-12 months away from happening.

Was just taking a peek to see what was in shelters, now. Basically exactly what I'll be looking for an hour and a half away. Bummer.

Yeah, we got a new pup in the midst of the pandemic when it was super hard to find the type of dog you wanted. Our previous pup was a golden retriever mix and was a rescue. This time we couldn't find any goldens or golden mixes so we had to go to a breeder, but they were pretty cool.

Our second frenchie has recently stopped coming inside with dingleberries and needing to be wiped, so I love her again.
