Herd Immunity are we still talking about that?
That will never happen when the strains are changing so quickly. Cant develop immunity to something you can continue to catch because its constantly mutating, If so it would have happened already.
People getting sick multiple times tells you that, having one strain, doesnt make you immune. I know ppl in my family that have had multiple strains..wheres the immunity?
There will never be heard immunity. No one even believes that anymore.

At this point why is anyone going into work if they are feeling sick at all? Whether it's covid or just a cold, stay the fuck home. I've told my team if they don't feel good don't stress about coming in, just let me know if you aren't coming in on a day we planned.

Tell that to my students and their parents. Shit is the norm. Have had tons of kids in class coughing, sneezing, and just generally being at school sick. I managed to dodge it for like a month until I got a cold last week.

Well, simple explanation is that my boss is a dumbass. He came in because his cleaning lady was at his place, so instead of cancelling his cleaning, he came to work and got me sick.

Yeah that's unfortunately a whole different issue. Should be treated the same but it isn't. At least with most professions there is no reason to go in on a random day if you don't have to, and you can still get just as much done.
