RULES

.5 PPR scoring
Starting lineups are 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 2 FLEX, 1 K, 1 D/ST. 7 bench spots and 3 IR spots (COVID is eligible for IR)
Top 6 teams make the playoffs (no divisions)- Playoffs run weeks 15-17
$25 entry fee- $300 to league winner and $50 to second place
Trade deadline is at the end of the final game of week 13
Up to 3 keepers
Cost to keep is 1 round higher than drafted round. This value increases by one round each year a player is kept.
2 players with same round value costs that round value and also the round above that. i.e 2 players drafted in 8th round cost 7th and 6th round picks to keep both.
If you are in a position where you don't have enough picks to give up, you can not keep that player and you need to trade him or let him go back in the draft.
Floor value for any keeper is a 9th round pick
First round picks can not be kept

I think we all prefer 12 but might be tough to get there. 10 looks to be a stretch.

10 teams is only tentative because we only have two weeks to find teams and set a draft/auction date. Depending how many we can get we can adjust roster size accordingly.

Payout should depend on how the schedule and playoffs are structured.

Say it’s 10 teams, do we do 6 playoff teams with the top two seeds getting byes? Or only four playoff teams with 2-week playoff matchups.

We could have a regular season prize and and a playoff prize perhaps.

I prefer auction but I am fine with a draft if others feel the same.

With 10 teams I would vote for only 4 playoff teams, over half the league in the playoffs is too much imo.

Wait, this is the perfect opportunity to enact WMD’s expanded standings where you get one win-loss for a H2H matchup and another win-loss depending on whether you are in the upper or lower half of scoring that week.

I'm pretty flexible on everything. Does Sleeper allow a hybrid standing that Xio asked for? I actually don't think that works as well with 10-12 teams as it does in WAR 20.

I just want the highest scoring teams to get their due.

I was in a 12-team league with friends years back where the literal lowest scoring team in the regular season made the playoffs as a 6-seed and won the whole thing.
