Xio also said he wanted a draft and Zak said he's flexible, so I think we can commit to a draft instead of an auction.

Would a forum draft be preferable to a live one? I think I enjoy the offline variety and we’re all used to them.

Also, is this a redraft league or would we keep anyone if it succeeds?

timed forum draft preferably, you don't want it to take so long that Zeke tears his ACL mid draft and whoever is up gets to "reach" on Pollard or something

I think we could complete it in a week as long as no one objects to receiving texts.

Live draft is fine too.

I think we might have to go live draft tbh, only two weeks until the first game and this weekend I'll be on the lake with little to no service.

Just clean and easy to use, has real time play by play scoring and just more league options

Go deeper. All of us are used to leagues where there aren’t good options just sitting in free agency every week.

Let's wait to see if we can somehow get to 12 teams before we expand the roster spots. Sleeper's default is two flexes which I thought was weird so I changed it to one, but that could be an option if we can only get 10 teams. And/or 3 WR's.

2 QB always fun too, haven't done a "Superflex" but I imagine you are screwed without a 2nd QB in that anyways
