True, but only sort of. Teams are stuck with their re-treads, just like they are with head coaches. Instead of bringing in a veteran with years of experience, they'd rather keep around Tim Boyles and Nathan Petermans, and Matt Barkleys who have been absolutely terrible when playing.

Most of the established vets weren't good when we last saw them, but they're worlds better than those guys. Flacco, Wentz, Foles... if you asked them to protect the ball with a great defense like the Browns or Jets, they could keep you afloat.

Now the Jets will pay.

Pretty sure I saw the Chiefs just do it too before the game started. Or is it called something else there? Anyway, just thought it was interesting. Definitely not as a racist as being called the Redskins or Indians, but seems like it can't be far off.
