Gimme an Old Republic show/movie. Both, preferably. I also want KOTOR 3. Fuck make a Republic Commando TV show. That'd be pretty baller. More alternate stuff like the Mandalorian would be cool too.

KOTOR 3 was SWTOR. Worthwhile to play if you want the story progression from KOTOR I & II.

I'd watch a KOTOR show. I'd also watch a show based on Revan and his cult. Or a Trooper show.

And yes SWTOR is worth playing for the class stories. They're really, really well done.

Eh, not really. SWTOR took place 300 years after KOTOR II and never was really a direct sequel. I played through a few classes, including a lot of the add-on content, and it was pretty good. It just felt too limited because ultimately it was constrained by still being an MMO.

I want a true KOTOR III sequel.

Obi Wan finale was satisfying. Not the best show, but I was entertained, and at least it wasn't Boba Fett bad.

Basically what I felt. I wish they showed Obi Wan with a non Luke/Leia story but what can you do.

Lucasfilm/the cast already walked that back.

I'd watch another series. It's not amazing, but I like Star Wars so I watch.

That's good. Same with me, Caddy. I'll watch everything Star Wars. Said it before, but I'm glad it's out of Lucas' hands. Zero content and the new content (prequels) he did sucked anyway. Give me MORE!

Just glad the Star Wars license is gone from exclusivity for EA too. Finally can get some great Star Wars games again after this massive lull.

Obi Wan finale was boring except for the Vader showdown.

Ms Marvel continues to be fantastic.

Jedi: Fallen Order was a really good game and the sequel looks sweet to.

Rumors they are trying to make a Jedi Fallen Order series with Cameron Monaghan, who Cal Kestis was based on.

Not sure they need to make a whole show based on him but now that they introduced the Inquisitors it definitely makes sense to maybe merge Obi Wan into that storyline where maybe it isn't 100% Obi Wan and is more about the hunting of Jedi in general.

Also they just need to make KOTOR content already.

what i enjoyed most about the show: the characterization of all of the main players - obiwan, vader, leia, even the introduction of tala and her character was great. this is one of my favourite iterations of anakin/vader ive seen, and i thought ewan was tremendous at portraying how harrowing some of these moments were for obiwan, as well as his slow return to form.

what i enjoyed least about the show: a lot of the transitions from plot point to plot point felt a bit contrived to me. the moments themselves were good, the way they moved from moment to moment was weird at times. also, i think the production was a definite step down from mandalorian, apparently they had both a lesser budget and far less post-production time for this show than they did for mandalorian, and it really showed in spots. it really felt like a disney+ show at times, which isnt a compliment.

totally in the middle on: reva. i think moses did a great job, and i love the concept of a youngling who experienced what she did working her way up to face vader. i think the way the character actually played out on screen episode to episode was very up and down though. and i still have no goddamn idea what her motivation was in the final episode for going to tatooine with intent to murder luke.

overall: solid, fun show, but with a lot of things to nitpick. id probably say its a 7/10 and know that im being generous because im a star wars nerd, but i still enjoyed it overall, even if there were plenty of issues. i think the most important part was the characterization of obiwan/vader, which I think they pulled off well.
