Sports App?

I wish there was a sports streaming app that covered all of the major sports in one place and had no blackouts. It's 2023. Please, just come together and make a sports app hub that hooks in everything possible under one roof.
Between how exactly does it cost to built that kinda app or by hiring dedicated development team?
