Yeah it won't be a loss for me. Stranger Things is pretty much done I'll find a way to watch it after I log on at my mom's, Witcher is about to go downhill, Umbrella Academy is on the last season, and their movies have been meh. Big Mouth is good but hardly must watch.
Might be interesting to see what other platforms do now. |

Netflix is an easy cancel for me. I'd put it clearly behind HBO and Hulu/Disney. It's just more motivation to get my home server shit set up. All this is a service issue.

They're overplaying their hand, the time to do this would have been 10 years ago.

Netflix fell out of the rotation years ago. It's been too expensive to watch it on a normal TV from this century for awhile now to justify the content I'll get from it in a month. Stranger Things is a show that my friend keeps updated on his Plex and that's really the only show that would get me to rotate from another service. And the available content has only gotten worse.

I cancelled Netflix a year ago after two price increases in a month. Fuck paying 20 dollars a month. I pay 10 for Crave here which gives me HBO and now defunct Showtime, plus other stuff, the content is so much better for half the price. I pay 4 dollars a month for Discovery so my fiance has her reality shoes and we have food network's library. I would have kept paying 15 a month but those fucks got greedy. I won't pay more than 10 now if I ever go back and it won't be for ads.

I only have Netflix because I got it for $26 for a year through Verizon. And all I really watch on there are rhe Korean/Japanese shows.
