Top-5 has been good to me, but at the same time it leaves open the reductions that come with tied finishes (Collin) and slight regret that I didn’t just pick Fitzpatrick to win. Still, I like money and a little bit of flexibility in who I’m rooting for if it’s heading toward a cool finish

Yeah I just enjoy spreading around my cash on 25/1 or higher odds to win. It can be more heartbreaking but I don't bet golf every week so the potential payout makes up for it.

Yeah I don't care if guys go, but just admit what it is and stop getting defensive when asked about it or people question/write about how it's blood money.

Brooks personality has been growing tiresome for a while, so that was pretty on brand. I dislike Bryson but at least he embraces who he is and gives zero fucks.

Maybe we've been watching a different Bryson. I will say that Brooks' shtick only works when he's ripping consecutive majors and winning tournaments. Granted he's been pretty banged up, but he's a shell of his former self right now, and it doesn't look like these are gonna be easy to get over injuries. His knee might have some serious degenerative issues.

It's probably moreso just being used to Bryson being a bitch since day 1, where Brooks was fun and entertaining at first but even if he is winning his attitude is just getting old where he pretends like he doesn't care about shit but then gets pissed if asked about it.

Brooks being a bitch in the media was kind of a turn from his usual persona. Maybe he does care more than he lets on, which would mean he was faking it the whole time. But if you're going to take the Saudi money, Brooks was gonna be the one that would say "yeah idgaf what you think, i'm doing what i want", and he sat there and clutched his pearls.

I really want to know how much Kokrak got from the Saudis. Supposedly they didn't "meet his number" initially which is why he wasn't in the first event. What kind of number does Jason Kokrak expect?

To be fair if I saw the kind of money they were throwing around, albeit to better golfers, I would demand a lot more than I was worth. He probably got like $1M.

He probably thinks he can still win a couple of events on the tour, so I’d venture to guess somewhere between 15-20M.
