I will at some point, but it's through my wife rather than family so a slightly different process. Visa/residency/citizenship ease obviously depends on where you are trying to get it from and I know there have been a delays in a bunch of places from post covid build up. Definitely look into it though if you're serious. Outside of of family and a couple friends I haven't missed it...

I've done it and found in no more difficult than obtaining a domestic passport for the first time.

I've got a UK one so I guess we'll have to all figure something out in Europe!
