Now I'm trying Mindhunter. I really don't like the lead actor very much and the dialogue is kind of wooden but I'm trying to force myself to give it more of a shot. If it doesn't pick up soon I'll probably stop watching though.

I definitely understand your misgivings with the main guy. At some point it may be on purpose. I think the Kemper interviews drew me in enough to keep with it.

On a complete side note, my friend Layne's dad got to interview Henry Lee Lucas as a Texas Ranger. Hopefully he wasn't one to magically get him to admit to all those cold cases that there was proof he couldn't have commited

I like that show. While you are right about the dialogue, I think that's more a reflection of the characters because the killers they end up talking to are pretty interesting/funny.

You guys ever watch the Amazon doc on Redbull? That shit is about as good as Sunderland Til I Die. Sims of the shit that happens melds with Ford vs Ferrari scenes in my memory.

Before I watched S1 Lewis Hamilton was the only driver I knew. Growing up I used to watch sports highlights daily so I remember when Michael Schumacher dominated and Jacques Villeneuve burst onto the scene but that shit was 20+ years ago. Season 1 introduced me to a whole lot of new drivers so I think in a way it worked out that it didn't feature Hamilton. Still strange, he was a welcome addition in season 2 haha.
