You're simplifying way too much. Peralta didn't just wake up and just stop his "lazy no rule following" cop stuff immediately. It took Holt a while to warm up to him and be a bit more laid back, but he still never lost that rigid nature to him.

Yes, does it end up happily ever after? Sort of? I guess, but there's fun in that too and it offers a different experience than a lot of shows.

Well the big issue is that Better Call Saul this season isn't better than Severance (or Barry but that's a comedy at least). So acting sure but best drama, nah.

Well the bigger issue is that this last season of Saul is going to qualify for two Emmy award ceremonies so the voters have a chance to rob Odenkirk, Seehorn, and Banks twice again to really make a point about their idiocy.

Also the biggest crime is that Mark Margolis never won for guest actor across Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Best performance as far as I’m concerned.
